Last year, we were delighted to move into our lovely house. After a thorough inspection, we were aware that the property had an older system, though still functioning well. Lack of accountability, integrity, and transparency. Owner is verbally combative and isnt capable of logical conversations without yelling or hanging up on someone. Read below for the full story: I really didnt want to do this but I feel that it needs to be said. We purchased our home in 2021 and found Temp Stats information from an old invoice from the previous owners so we decided to call them for our spring/fall cleanings. Everything was well until August of 2023. Our system was over heating so we called Temp Stat. They fixed the issue by cleaning the coils but the system wasnt properly flushed afterwards that resulted in a flood in my basement (Horizon HVAC came out and concluded my equipment was working fine so it had to be that). I was upset with the flood but the way that it was handled disappointed me greatly. The owner became verbally combative, yelling at me and hanging up on me. I respectfully requested his insurance information to rectify this but he told me; I was trying to get one over on him and get something for nothing. That delusional thought process continued and the business owner hung up on me multiple times after yelling at me. Then I contacted the BBB explaining the issue and after 6 weeks the business owner finally contacted his insurance company to begin a claim to rectify this issue. If this was done at the beginning of all of this I wouldnt be leaving a bad review and I would still be a customer. The review is based on a lack of accountability, integrity, and transparency with the customer. I hope that the business owner can learn from situations like this and grow as a person to learn to have conversations rather than yelling at someone and hanging up on them.

Air conditioning at our new condo wouldn't work. Temp Stat looked over the entire system& it was just thermostat issue. Fixed quickly, efficiently & economically.
