I have used this shop a few times but will no longer be using them. I brought my 2016 Ram 2500 in for an alignment recall a year ago. Their resolution for this was WELDING my suspension in place which made it impossible to adjust in the future. I also had batteries replaced at that time and instead of recycling the old cores on site they threw them into the bed of my truck for me to deal with. This most recent time I dropped the truck off for an oil change and fuel filter replacements. They didn't provide a price breakdown before the service, which should be mandatory. Oil cost : $55~ Oil filter : $15~ Fuel filters $180~ Labor (ridiculous $175/hr): $175 (it should not take anywhere near an hour to do this service). All said and done it should cost around $425... They charged me $668 and wouldn't return my truck key until it was paid in full. THERE IS A REASON THIS SHOP IS RATED SO LOW! Extremely unprofessional and highly overpriced!
