Hello. We are sorry that you feel this way about the pizza. When you called us after receiving your delivery from us to voice your feelings about the price, we would have no problem, making you another pie on the house if you were disappointed with the food.Unfortunately, when ordering online, there are other fees that are displayed for the customer to see prior to confirming your order. When calling us directly, there are no fees unless a customer uses their credit card. Update: I believe there has been some miscommunication as I understand after further looking into your concern, when you called yesterday to "voice your feelings", the employee that you spoke with is one of the calmest & understanding individuals, the perception from your call was that you complained about the prices in which he listened to you & tried to nicely inform you about our prices; that is something he is not able to control especially the fees involved in online ordering. I get the impression, you are pretty angry and we are sorry if your online order & delivery caused you to be this upset. Unfortunately, prices are high everywhere, especially ordering online & adding delivery on top of it. We can understand very well being a small business owner; times are tough for majority. As for the food complaint that you chose to write and post for all to see after your call to us, it's evident you are not a happy customer. However this where the misunderstanding may be because your phone message wasn't as specific as your public review to share. I believe this is why there wasn't an "offer" to make another pie for you; that employee would have definitely been willing to make good. We wish you well, especially for any future online ordering you do & if this post helped you get over your disappointment, we will still be open and working diligently to run our small business to please most, stop in if you have a change of heart.*Someone tonight from the same establishment that you called from yesterday ordered tonight, we thought it was you & were looking forward to see how you felt about your pizza this time(they placed their order over the phone) but, unfortunately it was someone else. 🍕😊
