        They are great! I had wasps living under my siding. They were able to get out to me quickly and worked around my schedule. They solved the problem on the first visit. Very satisfied with their work.

        Have a massive bee problem in my attic. Josh W. came out the very next day to help from Western Pest in Shrewsbury. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about bees. He put on the bee suit and did his thing. He also sprayed from the outsideso far its quite up there and I dont see any more bees going in and out. Thank you Josh and Western Pest! Would absolutely recommend them!

        Started off good. Was super easy to schedule first appointment and they showed up on time. Easy to work with. Then I needed subsequent services and reached out to the rep who said she was my main point of contact for any future needs and she kept telling me shed schedule an appointment for me to treat cicada killer wasps since we found them in our home. She kept telling me she was on it and nothing. I even tried logging on and scheduling myself in my online account. Then called the local branch (didnt realize they were diff from the people who set me up) and they said theyve received no requests in the system at all. I told them I wanted to cancel and instead of apologizing and trying to help me get the service scheduled (after a month of trying) they just curtly explained why it wasnt their fault and am I sure I want to cancel. Awful customer service unfortunately wish it wouldve continued the way it started off. Will be finding another service whos a little more customer oriented and easier to deal with. Service: Bug & insect extermination

        One of your drivers was on highway 36 in west long branch on Sunday Feb 12th at 10:30 AM. He was looking at his phone while driving. Almost T boned a car and was swerving.
