Staff was so rude especially one of the ladys that usually make the sandwiches if you are so insensitive and cant tolerate people why put on a uniform to come to work then stay home with your attitude

Took my elderly mother there for lunch and Robert saw us attempting to the cross the parking lot. This young man came outside to help us into the store. Robert went above and beyond and made us feel welcome and special and appreciated. You don't see young kids these days often looking at for others and this was such a pleasant experience.

great food and service, jaden did very well making my order and helping me pay and his subordinates i believe named aisha and angel did very well in helping him learn the ropes! Parking: Always parking and can quickly move through and get your food! Kid-friendliness: as i was in line i saw them help taking care of two kids as their mother had to go to another store and helped them take their order! Wheelchair accessibility: there is always parking!

ordered from here and for the 2nd time they didn't have the bread i requested; white bread was substituted and both times it was hard as a brick, definitely wasn't fresh. i didn't call to complain abt the first time but this time i did. robert, the manager seemed apologetic enough but quite frankly a simple phone call to say we're outta such-and-such bread would have sufficed. you assume i want white bread when quite frankly if that's what you have i'd rather no sandwich at all. and when i pick-up my order, no one even says anything abt the bread substitution. that's not good customer service. and it sucks bc i put a tip in the jar on the counter and didn't even get what i ordered. smh.
