We went into the restaurant on a Weds night for happy hour. We ordered several things from the Happy Hour menu, I paid and then noticed they charged full price for 2 glasses of wine which were supposed to be on the happy hour menu. I called twice, took over a week to get a credit but the attitude of the manager I spoke to was Horrendous. She treat us as if it was us that made the mistake! She was basically saying the bartender was correct and we were not. If you are running a business at least if there is a mistake DO NOT COME AT YOUR CUSTOMERS with the poor attitude. I asked to speak to the owner twice. NEVER GOT A CALL back. HAD to call TWICE to see where my credit was on my card. NOT WORTH THE SNOTTY attitude when I am trying to have a nice night! Left another message on their FB page for the owner to call me, still after 2 weeks still no call! Plenty of other places with nice staff, you don't have to wait 30 mins for a happy hour entree to come out that's the size of a pea. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We had a reservation for two, and after we were seated, nobody on staff approached our table for fifteen minutes. We decided to leave. Upon leaving, we approached the manager to explain why we were leaving. Instead of trying to accommodate us, he merely said, "Sorry." There is obviously something amiss with the way the place is managed. I have been at this location when Teresa's was still there, and it was a great experience at the time, but it appears that things have taken a bad turn. I will not return to this restaurant.

Service was great. Food cooked ok, but no flavor in anything. I thought tapas was supposed to be bold and full of flavor. If you have a heart problem or high blood pressure, this place is for you, pretty sure there is no salt in the kitchen.
