We used a Bercik Law to initiate and create a third party Special Needs Trust for our young daughter who has Down syndrome. We did not have any background on how to go about this and the team was so skilled in leading us through every step of the way so as to leave our daughter in the best hands when we are no longer here. They started with an info document to guide them in collecting what they needed to get the ball rolling. We met over zoom and everything done to prepare the document was able to be completed remotely. We signed the document in person and found it so very helpful. The team was so knowledgeable and gave us great advice so we could act in our daughters best interest and guide family members who wish to do so as well. They articulated the difference between all savings options available and the ways in which each type of trust can be used/for what types of expenses and what the tax burden for each would be. We highly recommend Bercik Law for a truly professional experience and will use them for all future legal matters!

Ms. Kennedy demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the nuances of the legalities pertaining to our particular families' status and assets, and the outcome reflected all of our objectives. She had to field many questions we had about the drafting of our wills particularly. My wife and I thought the fee was economical considering the time and effort needed to complete our estate objectives..

Lauren and her team did an excellent job explaining very important estate planning to prepare us for the inevitable one day reality of death. We covered all topics from wills, funeral arrangements, estate planning,etc. Leaving her office left me with a sigh of relief as those difficult conversations were completed. Thank you Lauren!!

I was involved in long probate for many years with my great Aunt's Estate. I went through 2 attorneys with very little success. I came across Lauren Bercik and she was able to get the job done quickly!! She is a very skilled lawyer and I highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with inheritance.
