Jaclyn and Sam are amazing to work with. They were so patient and caring in working with us, as we shared our wishes for our new home. Their ideas and styling are so fun, cool and creative and really captured the story we wanted to tell. And most importantly, they kept our project moving along and were on top of all scheduling and contractor work - made it super easy for us. Nothing but LOVE for the doni Douglas team!

I highly recommend doni Douglas for any interior design needs. Jaclyn and her team were very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. I especially love that they use an app where you (as the client) can organize all of your inspo photos and ideas. Jaclyn gave us great ideas for the layout of our house and made the process of selecting tile/ finishes much more manageable. Downtown Decorators helped my husband and I turn our house into a home. Building a custom home with no design experience was extremely overwhelming and time consuming. until I met Jaclyn . She was creative, professional, PATIENT, and extremely helpful. She was able to take all the bits and pieces of my ideas and help me to create the kitchen of our dreams. Her expertise and abilityto truly understand her clients' style is unmatched. After only meeting with me a few times she put together a design plan of options that were budget friendly, yet so perfect it was hard to pick! She walked me through the process and made sure every detail was how we envisioned. Her creativityis evident throughout my home and we are constantly getting compliments on our design choices. Jaclyn was also able to stepin and troubleshoot whenever I needed her. Her passion for her craft is contagious- she was even able to get me excited about picking tile! She is a pleasure to work with and I hope to be able to work with her again in the future. We can not recommend Jaclyn and her team from Downtown Decorators enough.
