I truly wish I can give this 0 stars after my many experiences I have had here. I am 14 years old and dont condone stealing whatsoever and dont think it is right. Every time I go to this exact location of a store I am followed around by staff which makes my shopping very uncomfortable and I feel unwelcome every time I walk in. I have always been nice to all staff but asking to look in my bag and following me around the store making assumptions isnt right and makes me feel as if I shouldnt show respect because they dont show it to me. Get your staff in check because I know me and many other younger customers dont want to give business to a store you doesnt show respect to the customers because after continuous following and rudeness just isnt right when Im trying to shop in peace. Good luck getting nice reviews and getting nice customers because your staff is outrageously mean and rude. Have a nice day.

At 34 years old Ive never been asked to leave my purse outside of a dressing room until I came to this store, where the nasty pregnant employee approached me asking me to leave my purse out of the dressing room while countless others were put in dressing rooms and werent asked to do the same thing. I walked into the fitting room and thought to myself what the hell and I stormed out and left everything in there, and let her know how unprofessional she and the store are, had my bag been stolen I would have been happy to hold her and the store accountable with a civil lawsuit.

Rachel, I’m sorry you felt singled out, but we ask all customers to leave bags & backpacks outside of the dressing rooms, as that is our store policy. Our policy is posted outside of the dressing rooms so that customers are aware. We always watch customers bags and would never let anything happen to your personal belongings. I’m sorry if you felt this was out of ordinary, but this was nothing personal to you.

Had a bad in-store experience-check your receipts! I bought some stuff but realized I was overcharged after leaving the store. I called for credit just minutes later but they said they needed my last name when I offered to provide my last name or receipt number, they declined and said I shouldve given them my last name during the initial transaction & they couldnt help me by phone have to go in person. I drove back and the manager proceeded to inform me she needed my last name on file to help me out by phone. I got the credit difference, which is good, but the overall experience wasn't great. They didn't apologize for the situation or even take responsibility; their responses made it seem like they were doing me a favor. In fact, they said something like, 'I don't know what stores you go to but in this store, we ask for last names.' Disappointed with the whole experience. And to make matters worse, they hadnt even asked for my last name during my initial check out with them. What a let down, avoid and shop elsewhere.
