Three of us stopped in for dinner and left disappointed and hungry. I ordered scallops which were chewy/overcooked and under seasoned. The clam strips were overcooked, had an odd texture and were also tasteless and the lobster was also overcooked. None of us were able to get through more than half of our meals before abandoning them. The only positive was a really kind ans pleasant server. I would not recommend or return.

If youre in the mood for decent seafood, Legal Seafood fits the bill. This location is attached to the Short Hills Mall, which makes it convenient. I did enjoy the New England clam chowder and the mussels. I enjoyed my meal but the decor and the vibe seemed slightly blah. It needs a refresh but I would definitely go back.
