At a time when the housing market was nearing its peak, and interest rates were about to soar, I am so grateful that I called Churchill and was connected to Janette Hernandez. My experience with her was the polar opposite of that with another loan specialist at a traditional bank. From day one, she listened to my needs and concerns. She explained the options that were available to me and would be more beneficial long-term (not true for the first bank). She rode the long road to closing (new construction during supply chain shortages) with me, checking in periodically to provide guidance and sometimes reassurance during times of uncertainty. She made herself available, and I felt like I could contact her at any time with any questions. Her team was just as good and were very proactive about getting things done. At closing, my attorney stated that she also enjoyed working with Janette and her team. To be honest, weve been working together for so long that she was beginning to feel like family. Again, I am so thankful that I chose Churchill for all the reasons above. Anyone who gets to work with Janette in the future, rest assured that youre in good hands.
