    We used VIP Shuttles for our wedding and it was a wonderful experience. They were easy to work with, responsive, the shuttles were very clean, and the app they sent for tracking the shuttles was so helpful for figuring out timing the day of the wedding. Also - major shout out because we accidentally left our marriage license in the shuttle and they called me immediately when they found and it helped get it back to me!

    I want to start by saying that I did not let the issues with transportation kill the wedding weekend. With that being said, the transportation was the only issue that was had. I booked VIP after finding them through them knot and seeing they were highly rated. I contacted them and they were eager for my business. We negotiated a reasonable price. After the company was paid, I did not get a whole lot of communication from them. Not that it was needed but not even a peep unless it was for another payment or I reached out with a question. I actually reached out to them a day prior to the wedding just to confirm. I told them that this was a very upscale wedding so the drivers needed to be dressed well , which they said wasnt an issue (and they were dressed well) However, I was originally promised 2 limo style sprinter vans and was sent 2 party buses. Which normally would not be an issue however, one of them, for my upscale wedding was decked out with stripper poles and stickers of naked women. It happened to be the one my bride was on. I confronted my contacted and he said it was an upgrade, I couldve given you regular sprinters. Excuse me? I didnt ask for or want and upgrade and that is your response? If you had sent regular sprinters after what I paid, we would have bigger issues. The issues got worse. The buses were supposed to arrive to the hotel at 1:45 which apparently they did. However, I never would have known that because the drivers never called me to let me know they had arrived. Again, when I confronted my contact about this his response was the hotel said they would notify you. They didnt tell me that and its also not the hotels responsibility so blaming the hotel is unacceptable. When the driver pulled up he said, with an attitude, I have been waiting here since 1:45. We came out of the hotel at 2. So he was complaining he was waiting for 15 minutes? I paid for 4 hours of service (and a total of less than 10 miles of driving). Again, when I confronted my contact at VIP, his response was well it shows your lack of professionalism meaning I said if he has to wait then he has to wait saying that was disrespectful? Also, he wouldnt have had to have waited if I knew he was there. I paid for 4 hours and your driver for my wedding is giving me an attitude. I would NOT be using them again and would not recommend them. I also reached out to the owner with my concerns via email prior to writing this review as a courtesy. His response was totally unapologetic and even blamed me, the hotel, anyone but himself. Even if you see, his google responses also follow the same tone. He only apologized after about 3 emails back and forth and wanted me to give him a call to sort things out. I did not call him. I have no reason to after being called unprofessional and just seeing the tone and direction he was taking.

    The professionalism I experienced with this shuttle company exceeded my expectations. Jermaine was very pleasant and respectful. Some of my guests were nervous about the ride and Jermaine made sure to reassure them that their safety was his top priority. He even drove a little under the speed limit to keep them comfortable and at ease. I have a lot of elders in my family and he also helped them on and off the shuttle while making sure their seatbelts were on properly and securely. He made my guest feel safe and comfortable and for that I am forever grateful to him. He was very easy to talk to with a great sense of humor and personality. I would highly recommend this company as it is affordable and accommodating.My great aunts still ask about that nice young handsome man that held their hands lolthanks Jermaine for everything!

    After agreeing to do an extra shuttle run to accommodate the grooms family with an extra charge to the card on file, this service became extremely unprofessional and dangerous on the final shuttle run. Driver, Jermaine, departed with the final guests and midway through pulled over in the woods, in the rain, and threatened to kick my guests out on the side of the road because he demanded to know who was paying. Payment was already settled. Claimed no card on file but then proceeded to charge the card on file. Claimed he had no idea who was paying for the extra run, but the only person he communicated with was myself from January to September, including negotiating the extra run. He put my guests in a dangerous situation and frankly everything about the wedding was perfect except for this incident. I almost had the police meet me at the hotel but decided against it. I know hell claim rude passengers but who wouldnt be scared as hell to be in that situation? Borderline kidnapping. The passengers would not have reacted had he not pulled over with that ridiculous threat. He also told everyone conflicting information, withheld the name of the shuttle company to avoid bad reviews from the passengers, and proceeded to tell me conflicting information back at the hotel that pulling over was just a threat. Who threatens their passengers?? He also claimed no card was on file while I watched him charge the card on file from his iPhone in front of the hotel!!! 2 months later and Im still apologizing to my guests over this incident. A little shocked someone still runs a business being this unprofessional. Would never recommend this service, shouldve had my credit card company reverse the charge. Not worth the stress on your wedding day, STAY AWAY

Stephen, it’s one thing to leave a bad review but when you come, and you intentionally lie, that shows your character as a person especially when you have proof and not heresy when you were not apart of the charter. Everything you just mentioned is completely false, audio and video recording of your disorderly and intoxicated guest was sent to you via email. Have you checked and looked at it ? This was sent the same night I got back to the office you even apologized for their behavior and kept telling them to go inside the hotel, because one lady (alleged news reporter) wanted to still yell and argue with me. You said it’s “her normal behavior when she drinks”. As a last-minute accommodation, I was already heading back to the office because your time was over when you called and asked for another trip because it was raining. I turned around halfway from driving to the office and came back to pick up your guests as you agreed to pay for the additional trip when the charter arrived and that you would be on site. When I arrived nobody was on site for payment in which the charter shouldn’t have been boarded but we accommodated all your guest and we let them board and started transit back to the hotel.It was then asked did you leave someone in charge for the final payment being as though you were not there like you said you were going to be (mind you it’s in the terms and conditions in your contract that the final payment must be made before the charter, departs) that’s when some of your guests became extremely rude, hostile, disorderly, and angry yelling at me telling me that they didn’t ask to get picked up it’s not their responsibility and using unnecessary words to belittle me. I then immediately pulled over for my safety and advised them that I would not continue the charter if they continued to use the langue and words they were using. We would never threaten anyone as we are professional at all times. Upon getting to the hotel, you were there because a passenger had to call you three times for you to even pick up the phone to let you know you didn’t pay for your services. You asked me to charge the card on file and If you do recall, I told you that we did not have a card on file as you paid electronically the first time and never provided us with a card. If that was the case we would’ve just charged your card that was on file as we would normally do with any other client. I sent you a reservation link to where you can add your card so I can charge it remotely as I did not have access to manually enter your card while on the road. You then went into your email opened the reservation link, added your card on 9/17/23 @ 10:40pm in which we have timestamps to show you added this card on your own and open that email to do so. I was then able to charge it mind you this was all done in front of the hotel on camera which furthermore shows how fabricated your story is. Yes, we are a business and we are in business for a really good reason! If you think it’s ok for anybody to experience what your guest did then I’m sorry you feel that way. We’re not obligated to sit there and get slandered, belittled, threatened, and or fear for our safety while chartering any clients guest. It’s in your contract that you are responsible for every patron and their acts who boards that charter. We can terminate charter at any time for our safety. Lastly, if you would like additional documentation that you already have sent to you again, please let me know.
