We're so thankful to have had the pleasure of working with Barb. When we first contacted her, we thought we would be searching for quite some time before we found our perfect beach home in LBI. One week after engaging with her, we found it and she moved incredibly quickly with us. She helped us navigate the nuances of purchasing a home in NJ (were from PA), provided great recommendations, and was always looking out for our best interest. Barbara House-Quigley went over and beyond in helping us to find our home for our growing family. She was patient, responsive, and observant. She quickly learned our long list of likes, dislikes and needs and pinpointed the right potential properties for us without wasting time. If you're from out of town and buying a home in LBI, call Barbara. When we settled on a property, she helped us navigate obscure questions about the home (easement laws, fencing, etc), set up us with an incredible attorney and inspector, and went to the town to pick up/drop-off important documents on our behalf to ensure a smooth process. She knows the island through and through and gave us sound advice. To this day, even after our closing, she send us key information on the market, design ideas, and fun places to try on the island. Barb is a fabulous realtor. She helped us find the perfect house and was there every step of the way. Our transaction was not traditional and Barb helped to ensure that everything went smoothly and stayed on track. Barbara was amazing in helping us with the purchase of our condo! She went above and beyond to ensure our closing went on time and that everything that was required for us to close was taken care of. She even called and took care of somethings herself that the title company neglected to do and was an amazing liaison with our real estate attorney as well as a great resource to find things we needed and not being from the area we knew we could trust her to lead us in the right direction.
