Scott built our new home in Harvey Cedars in 2009. It is beautifully built, with every detail perfect. He has the highest standards, is on the job himself, and has wonderful subcontractors when needed. He is also a delightful person, and we enjoyed interacting with him during the building process and ever since. He stands behind his work, and nothing is too much trouble for him. We have recommended him to friends, 2 of whom are neighbors on our street, and everyone has been thrilled with him. We recommend him without reservation.

Scott Peraria Builders built our custom home on LBI. It is our dream come true and Scott's crew were a pleasure to work with. They seemed to take tremendous pride in doing a great job, which was finished on time so we could enjoy our summer in our new home. Scott himself was very honest with us and careful to make sure all details were attended to. He made sure he built our house to stand up to the elements because months later our house held up well to Hurricane Sandy! We know we lucked out having our home built by such a fantastic company. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

"Building with Scott" is the definition for the phrase "You get what you pay for!" Scott will not be your "low bid contractor," but he is unquestionably worth every penny! He is amazingly ethical, easy to work with, does quality work, comes in on budget and on time and will definitely provide you with a building experience that is utterly joyful! Your home becomes his "baby" and he will invest every last bit of energy into making you happy and your home perfect.
