        The pricing is high and the thing that bothers me the most is that I feel that this agent was not my agent that I've had for five years I wasn't sent a message to say that she was no longer at this location I don't think my goal helped me at all with my situation on a better price that I would have to pay back or any kind of shortcuts that I could have taken to help me due to the financial hardships that everyone is experiencing so I am not pleased at all with the service that I got today thank you
