The happiness, safety, and wellbeing of her buyers and sellers comes first, before anything else. Myself and partner spent countless months under the direction of Home and Heart Realty, and put our entire trust and faith into Rose and her staff, who ultimately delivered above reasonable means, a wonderful and extraordinary experience. As first time home buyers, we were given the attention, explanations and trusted advice of Rose and her firm at every listing/showing we attended. We were able to successfully purchase our first home with Rose, and have never been happier with the outcome of our home purchase. I would recommend Rose and her entire staff to anyone who is looking for a trusted, knowledgeable and well respected realtor. We cannot sing her praises enough and are so thankful for having Rose and her business on our side through our endeavors.

    Agent Gina Knowles, deliberately sold me a home that not only failed to adhere to the listed completed work on the sellers contract but also concealed black mold in the basement, despite the contract stating it was waterproofed. When I asked for the waterproofing contract, she simply provided me with a phone number of the company who denied any waterproofing. The contract claimed that the house was restored to a "new" condition after the fire, but the agent deceived me as the actual condition is nowhere close to "new." The black mold was cleverly hidden with mold and mildew white paint, which was conveniently left in the garage and has started to fade due to the leaking basement windows that were never replaced. The agent was well aware of this, as the house is old and the windows clearly show signs of age. I had the basement inspected twice by different mold specialists, and they both confirmed that the mold had been covered up with fresh paint, which suggests that it was done prior to showing the home (Which ironically was flipped by her husband, Michael Knowles, who owns Gallardo investments, LLC )Unfortunately, I couldn't do the final walk-through because the house was infested with wasps, and I have two young children. Although I informed the agent about this issue, she seemed indifferent and left me to deal with it on my own. The agent also denied the final repair requests for the home, even though the spindles of the balcony upstairs were falling out, posing a hazardous condition for my children. The house was sold under the false pretense of being built back to new standards, when in reality, it falls far short of meeting the New Jersey codes. All of these facts are well known by the sellers agent, Gina Knowles. Despite this knowledge, she chose to ignore the situation and advised me to contact her attorney, without providing me with any information. It is clear that the house was misrepresented, and the contract contained nothing but lies concealed with cheap products to make pictures look good. Gina took advantage of a single mother in a market that is not ideal for the buyer. She is solely motivated by money, and has no respect for human decency whatsoever not even for children.

In your poor attempt to slander my name, I would like to outline the important FACTS of the matter at hand. I did not represent you or speak with you in any capacity. You were fully represented by a buyer's agent of your choosing. All of the work done to the home was permitted, inspected and approved by the township. You purchased this home in October of 2023. First, there were no contractual repairs you speak of, as you proposed to purchase the home in as is condition. You did not do a home or pest inspection, although every opportunity was available to you to perform your due diligence. You neglected to do so. Second, you were very aware the basement had a history of getting wet, as was fully disclosed in the seller's disclosure that you acknowledged with your signature prior to executing the contract. The waterproofing was done by a local, reputable company with a warranty. You did not receive the paperwork at closing because you did not attend. You accuse me of being indifferent to the wasp issue, but I have a paid receipt for treatment that was performed the day after your walk through. A treatment performed at no cost to you.Third, you did conduct a walk through, where I first learned of the wasps in the home. In addition to the wasp treatment, we acted in good faith by allowing you to move your items into the home 3 days before the scheduled closing as you cited you could not do it all in one day. I'll also remind you this closing was significantly delayed due to an 800k lien placed on your previous home, because you entered into a contract with those buyers and did not perform. That is why you were sued for specific performance, and lost. This fact was never disclosed when we entered into the original contract with you. We were not obligated to extend the contract with you, but agreed since there were other families that would be misplaced by the domino effect you created.
