Disappointing Customer Service Experience I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with PNC Bank that compelled me to share my frustration. I encountered an issue where my cash withdrawal was short by $100, and the subsequent handling of the situation by PNC was disheartening. Firstly, despite my attempts to resolve the matter promptly, there was a noticeable delay in their follow-up. Shockingly, the manager, rather than addressing the issue directly, claimed to be too busy with other matters, delegating the follow-up to a bank teller. This lack of direct involvement from higher-ups left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. Adding to my disappointment, when the issue was escalated, the bank outright refused to review surveillance cameras, casting doubt on my honesty. This refusal, coupled with the dismissive attitude of the dispute team, painted a picture of a customer service system that lacked accountability and a genuine commitment to resolving issues. In a time when customer trust is paramount, my experience with PNC Bank has left me questioning the integrity of their service. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in their procedures and reinforces the importance of swift and thorough customer issue resolution.
