I cannot say enough positive things about this company! About 8 am I realized my basement was flooded because the old sump pump broke. By 1 pm that same day, Budd and his co-worker came out, assessed the situation, and installed a brand new sump pump. Price was great too! This is one highly satisfied customer!

DryMaster completed my basement water proofing & mold remediation in Feb 2023. Every step of the process gets a 10 out of 10 rating! Bud is a wealth of knowledge and educated me on what needed to be done. The cost was VERY reasonable and I got 4 proposals. The crew that did the work was led by an experienced and polite guy with 5 more hard workers. It took 2.5 days to finish and I am overly satisfied with the results! Do not be fooled by other companys special products or sales pitches; just call Bud and know your project will be handled perfectly.

I called for an assessment and estimate for our basement. Bud responded immediately, came out to the property on a Sunday! and explained our situation in terms we could understand. Most importantly he determined the issues we had been concerned about could be resolved easily ourselves and walked us through how (this was a free estimate). Hes honest, knowledgeable, professional and responsive! Highly recommend.
