The dog chewed my Grandma's (age 85) hearing aid a mere 3 weeks before the additional insurance we purchased was to expire. I made the appointment for the replacement and they knew exactly how much time we had left on the replacement policy they have now cancled this appointment. I have called several times each with a long wait time "for the calls in front of me". After speaking to someone in the main office I am continueously transfered to a nonfunctioning answering machine. The local Sewell office doesnt have a direct line. Are we being scammed??? This is a run around which my Grandma can not manage as we are directed to go to some website.
