I gave this plqce multiple chances but it's just to inconsistent. Overall, great customer service but the food is just awful, and wildly expensive. I heard they're shutting down. Heart goes out to all the works losing their jobs but this makes sense...

Had high hopes for this place, unfortunately it fell well short of expectations. Brisket and pulled pork were super dry, ribs were decent but very small portions for the 3 meat plate especially at the price point. Texas toast was barely toasted, probably hit the toaster for 10 seconds, if. Mac and cheese and mashed were flavorless and cold..Texas hot BBQ sauce was good though. After fat jacks switched owners and fell off , I was hoping this would be the replacement. One and done here sadly.

Customer service was great! The food on the other hand was terrible! I can taste the velvetta Mac n cheese a mile away. The brisket sandwich was beyond bland and cold. The fryer was down so that was a bummer! Didnt taste the pecan pie yet but probably from local grocery store.
