I always hate tax time. Im organized, but worry I wont have what I need. Weve been coming to this office for three years now. Meghan makes it easy. Always very pleasant, emails with quick response.Never a problem getting an appointment. Very knowledgeable and ready to give advice, as we are retired now.

I have been doing business with this CPA firm for approximately 20 years. I have watched it evolved from Montecino CPA, to Montecino and Ciaccia, and now Ciccia CPA. They have always done an excellent job with my taxes and take the time to listen to me during my appointments. Twice I had a communication with IRS and Charlie Montecino said send it to me I will take care of it. Meggan Ciaccia takes care of my taxes now. Recently,I moved out of NJ and I still use this firm. I missed the personal interaction during COVID and now that I am out of NJ I send the tax information to Ciaccia CPA. I would not hesitate using this firm for taxes or financial information and highly recommend Ciaccia CPA. Charles J Shaw

I can't speak for her ability since she hasn't done any work for us, but her response time is awful. Left (2) voices messages and an email over a (3) week period and she's yet to acknowledge or return any of them. We've had to move on
