        Complaint to The Truck Part Center. I ordered a seat belt for $251, RECEIVED a very similar, but WRONG SEAT BELT, different color, not the one in listed online that I ordered. Tried to install it anyway bcuz its not always a perfect world. The belt got stuck in the retractor and would not unwind (tried everything without success). I returned it (I paid for shipping, both ways). For 2 months, I sent follow up emails asking about the return. I understand everybody is busy. Finally, David responds to me that its the wrong part and will not refund $$$. Wasted nearly $300 after additional shipping both ways. What can I do other than complain about it? Hey, I gave 2 stars because I did actually receive the part! Then, a real slap in the face when David asks me if I want to pay return shipping a 3rd time for the broken seat belt. Ha! Good one David. Well David, I promised you a complaint, so here it is.
