British Swim School of Xchange at Secaucus Junction

I would like to give Emely a 5 star review as she has done a tremendous job working with my 3 year old baby with exceptional results in only his 3rd class. I believe British swimming school should hire more individuals like her to hands on teach toddlers.

Emily is so far my son favorite teacher. She has a perfect mix of being able to relate to my 6 year old making it fun and getting the work done.

We have been with British Swim School (BSS) for 2 years with their Xchange location and during the period, our kids had to learn the life saving skill of swimming from some of the best teachers. The teachers always pay attention to the kids requirements and make every attempt to make kids comfortable while they learn and also challenge them so that kids can keep learning. Our experience is significantly enhanced by admin staff like Ms. Jen who work hard to accommodate classes that works for the parents. At one point, we were thinking to leave BSS due to continuous turnover among teachers, but we stayed back because Ms. Jen ensured continuity by finding the right teacher that our kids were comfortable with. Recently when the 5 pm slot became inconvenient for us, she made the extra effort to figure out a way to fit in 530 pm slot so that we could continue the swimming lessons for our 2 daughters. I hope BSS management recognizes the extra efforts made my Ms.Jen and teachers like Genesis, Sean to ensure that kids continue learning using BSS

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with my sons swimming school. The instructors are absolutely fantastic - not only are they highly skilled, but theyre also incredibly patient. Theyve created a warm and supportive environment where my son has thrived. I highly recommend this swimming school to anyone looking for quality instruction and a nurturing atmosphere for their childs swimming journey.
