Do not retain the services of this organization under any circumstances.
They are anything but "premier" and their brand of security (or complete lack thereof) directly resulted in an armed home invasion of our co-op at Riviera Towers in West NY NJ. summer 2022.
Three safes were stolen and the concierge from Premier Security, Randal Vicente, completely failed to follow all building security protocols and standards exhibiting negligent incompetence and a complete lack of professional judgement by allowing two suspiciously dressed individuals in body armor into a secure residential building after midnight and subsequently allowing them access to a secure parking garage unchallenged so they could escape with thousands of dollars in, stolen collectable antiques, cash, heirloom jewelry + other valuables & personal papers.
There is no excuse for their complete failure as a company and as a security agency. There has been no reprimand of R Vicente and obviously they do not care how incompetent performance of their employees reflects on them as a company. They clearly do not deserve your business and the board at Riviera Towers, or any other property management agency that retains their services for building maintenance or security, should seriously reconsider or terminate any contracts they currently hold with "Premier Security" immediately.

Do not go under him, hes rude , he dont talk to you like your an employee, & gets upset when you call him.
