Company had been doing business for years with us, looks like they have so much business they dont care about losing any. Because Jared a nice guy I saved his contract with my mother inlaw from getting rid of him as I talked to her and told her I would handle everything. When asked to come at a certain time because the leaf blower was so loud that I couldn't hear my clients they complied for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks the supervisor of the crew purposely came during the time I asked not to come when confronted Jared he said we can not come at a specific time, as well part of getting rid of the company was because they broke a window and they destroyed a green turf and never replaced it. As well their supervisor mentioned so inappropriate language to one of my staff that work with me. Truly sad that they have people like him working for them. Response to Response from business: It's a well deserved review for a house that provided over 10 years of business, as their are alternate for "blowing leaves" as using a rake and going old school even if that meant me giving my mother inlaw the extra fee if you required it. As well Jared was not that nice when I spoke to him this last time. I wish you would see the way his foremen acts when he not around. He argumantative and confrontional asking me why I give complaints several times. To include the time he asked me to kill all the grass in the backyard and I told him no, yet 2 weeks later I went to the backyard and all the grass was dead. The rating is well deserved. You should be apologetic.

Jarrod and Sons Landscaping have been cutting my houses lawn for the last 8 years and have done a fantastic job. Theyre always timely and respond very quickly to any customer doubts and we appreciate their hard work. Zach & Jared are good people, they always thrive to provide excellent service.

We have been using Jarrod & Sons Landscaping for years now and we have been very satisfied! All the workers are always polite and leave our yard clean after working on it. Prices are competitive and our questions are always answered in a timely manner.
