        Flowers were OK (albeit pricey given the small size), but they were delivered on the ground outside an apartment building wholly unprotected. They made zero attempt to deliver within or call, despite adding a $10+ "hand delivery" charge. I had to call to figure out it was supposed to already be delivered. Not what I expected from a florist.
