Dr. Lashgari pulled my tooth fast and painless! I give him a 10. He was very patient and professional. He responded to all my questions politely and helped me feel confident about the procedure. Thats high praise from a perfectionist. I give 5 stars.

I want to respond to a response given to my husband by someone in this practice on his google review. To keep things clear neither me nor my husband are using our real names in the review and were patients at this practice. The reason we're not using real names is that if one of our crowns needs to be redone before 5 years we need to return to this practice as per our insurance company and don't want to be retaliated again. My husband was accused of lying. He was Not lying, the Dentist Dr. Chugh (sp?) did break hippa laws talking about things related to his treatment with me, his wife without permission. That's not allowed by law. I was there this dentist both talked about his treatment to me and complained about my husband who seemed to annoy the dentist. The response that was given to my husband is as follow and says he's lying. He is not: "Jay L I do not see you as a active patient at our location and all you statements are false . Patients have access to all their records , A release form MUST be signed and returned to our office and records will be released. If you are a patient at our location please call the office and ask to speak with the Office Manager ." I agree with my husband that our experience with Dr. Chugh at this practice was the last experience we wanted as apprehensive dental patients. Besides, what I already mentioned about the Hippa violations Dr. Chugh yelled at me for telling me to move my head and then moving it too quickly. I didn't do that on purpose he yelled like an angry maniac imo as if I should have known better. I couldn't read his mind. He kept both my husband and I on edge in our separate appointments as my husband and I discussed. Go ahead and call me a liar too if you must to make your practice look innocent of our claims. Our claims are what we truly experienced there.
