Chase Bank

This has to be the worst chase location I ever dealt with. Employees want to be rude and lazy. Had an appointment to come in and when i called to confirm time, employee said with an attitude to check my voicemail to find out the time i'm expected..... do your job!!! stop being lazy!! What a joke

Id like to extend my gratitude to Velda for her assistance today. I encountered an issue where my credit card couldnt be added to my Chase account. Velda not only helped me resolve this issue but also assisted in correcting my information. The process took quite some time, unfortunately leading to her missing her lunch break. Her dedication and support are truly appreciated.

Representative was horrible at her job along with a male manager who did not want to identify himself. Transaction was taken from the wrong account. If I didnt call customer service to complain someone else would be charged for a deposit. Every person needs to be retrained at that bank.
