I had a great leasing experience with Yolanda and only have good things to say about her and Ashley. The atmosphere is nice, the maintenance team is pretty responsive and I think this place is in a great community. 10/10 experience!

Our experience at Osprey Cove has been positive because of Mr. Anthony Williams- Osprey Cove's manager. A couple of weeks ago we had an issue with our hot water heater and created a service request on the Active Building app. Mr. Anthony Williams personally contacted us when he was made aware of the issue. Mr. Williams and his team ensured that we had a new hot water heater by the early afternoon. Mr. Williams' absence was felt throughout the building and unfortunately, we don't think the issue would have been handled that efficiently. We are extremely happy that Anthony has returned to Osprey Cove.

So happy to have Anthony W. back with us as the office manager after 8 months of being away. Anthony is attentive, present, and cares for every tenant in the building as if they are his own friends or family. He resolves any issue we have quickly and with explanation as to why the problem may have occurred. We rarely have any issue, and if we do, Anthony will make sure we are taken care of. We have lived here for 2.5 years so far. Would like to also mention how great maintenance is. Elvis does everything that he can to fix maintenance issues efficiently and very professionally.

Osprey Cove is a nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. The building quality is nothing short of atrocious. I'm subjected to relentless noise from the upstairs flimsy, cheaply made wooden floors every morning. These floors are a disgrace; it's as if they're made of plastic with no regard for quality. To make matters worse, they haven't been replaced in 12 years, causing them to warp. When I rightfully pointed out this issue to the manager, Anthony, he gaslit me, absurdly trying to blame it on me "leaving water" on the floor, despite clear evidence of a faulty design and pre-existing conditions in the property since it was built in 2012. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Dog owners here allow their pets to urinate on the grass right outside, creating an unbearable stench daily. The stench, however, cant compare to the occasional smell of cigarette and weed smoke that wafts into my unit, despite a clear ban on smoking. As if that's not enough, they've been conducting never-ending construction outside for almost two months, subjecting me to relentless, ear-piercing beeping noise every single day. The leasing office has done nothing to address any of these problems. And let's not forget the staff's incompetence and apathy. Yolanda, in particular, has been a nightmare to deal with. It took multiple requests and over a month to have my mailbox keys replaced, and her total lack of response is unacceptable. Her attitude towards residents is appalling, to say the least. It's clear that after you sign the lease, they couldn't care less about you. They find every possible way to deflect blame onto you. In short, Osprey Cove is a terrible mixture of incompetence, negligence, and a complete disregard for their residents. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for housing.
