Thank you for your feedback. We did treat the room and clean it when the prior guests chose to move to a different room. Which we had an availability for. The next day there was no sign of the gnats as we had sprayed that night and in the morning. The weather pattern, however was still going on. They may have returned. No other rooms had any issue with them and many kept their doors closed to avoid that situation with gnats and dragon flies as well. We are sorry if there was miscommunication about the ptac unit being a way to eradicate gnats. The owners of our establishment make upgrades every year. During the off season, the owners did a major construction project of the second floor walkway. It was removed and in it's place, a beautiful, bright brand new walkway was built. We also installed a new lighting with adjusting brightness and built a new staircase in the rear of the building. We had new fencing installed, new pump house and a new pool heater. Every year, our staff paints, and repairs, all of our rooms. That is why we all work here. It is always being worked on in different new and exciting ways because they take the time to put care into every guests experience. So we do thank you very much for ALL feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our guests experience with us. We always strive higher for you, the guests. If there is ever an issue that our guests bring to our attention, and you feel that our staff is not taking care of your problem in an expedient way, you can ask to speak to our on site property manager. So in conclusion, we did not try to re rent a room with an issue. We had addressed the issue brought to our attention, and if it needed to be readdressed we could have done so with no problem.
