Ilze was our real estate agent in the purchase of a summer house in Sea Girt. My wife and I have purchased several houses in our 55 years of marriage. Ilze is by far the best we have ever engaged to represent us. Her local knowledge of the market was outstanding as was her negotiating skills on our behalf. She was not looking to close the deal until it was right for us. She was always available to answer questions and do the follow up that is so important once the contract has been signed. Ilze also helped us find local contractors to do work we want to do post closing.

Ilze was a great help in all aspects of our home buying experience. Her knowledge of the NJ shore is exceptional. Ilze is a phenomenal realtor and working with her was truly a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable, honest, caring, and diligent, and seemed as interested as we were in finding the right house for us. She was always willing to give her opinion on things when asked, but she was also very patient and helpful to us when the usual homebuying frustration set in. Also, Ilzes counsel during the attorney review and inspection processes was both welcome and invaluable. Ilze always seemed to have time for us with everything else she had going on!
