His interest not only in the case but the well-being of his clients was incredible; he really cared, and he went to great lengths to dispel the unfounded anxieties we had about our case. I have recently used the services of Patrick Accisano and his incredible staff. (Hi Cathy and Daniella) My case was stressful, time consuming and very unexpected. This case transpired because of a different attorney my husband and I hired 27 years ago. (Who has since retired) Specific legal documents that were required to have very precise wording in it to ensure our wishes for the future. Sadly, we were unaware of his mistake in the wording of this document. If not for the extensive knowledge of Patrick and Cathy in regard to the complex Estate Laws in NJ, this could have turned out much differently. I cannot say enough about this team of professionals, their attention to detail and constant updates on the case. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I had spoken with a couple estate lawyers before contacting Patrick, all of which had a very cut and dry idea of how my case was going to go. This was far from Patrick's approach to my case. Had I gone with someone else, less knowledgeable; it could have truly changed my future and ability to retire. If in fact, we would have caught the mistake sooner, it would have only taken a one-page amendment to correct it.
