        Words cant describe how horrible the place is. The owners are too damn cheap to fix anything, the lady at the front desk is horrible and very rude and very ignorant. You never know who they are hiring as maintenance because its always someone different and none of them are licensed contractors and almost everything is rigged nothing is ever fixed properly. My porch deck was falling apart and all they did was put a piece of wood underneath and called it a day its not even screwed in or anything. I do not recommend staying at Salem historic homes unless you are desperate need of a last second place to stay for a short time not a long time

        The new owners are to cheap to higher more maintenance people. They have 2 people to mange all the property here. I have lived here for over 9 years. They take so long to get things fixed because they are short staffed. I like the maintenance people they are nice and helpful but are always busy due to only a few staff. The lady at the front desk is nice as well. Its just the owner being cheap.
