We are fortunate to have been introduced to Melanie over 15 years ago by our sons pediatrician for her Psychotherapy services. And over the years have also enjoyed other services offered at the Body Positive works, such as Yoga, meditation, Reiki and nutrition. Melanie has touched our lives with her gift of not only of compassion, she has an uncanny ability to zero in on the complex, unique ways your brain works and how this affects ones life. Confidentiality, professionalism, constantly evolving, warm and personable, dependable, thoughtful, caring and could go on and on to describe Melanie. We are very thankful!

I've been taking yoga classes for years yet taking Jen's class taught me so many new foundations for my practice. Jen embraces the differences in each of our bodies and is able to clearly explain how to make adjustments to get the most out of each movement (I have a whole new take on side angle and sphinx poses that feel so good for my body). Jen makes the class accessible to people of all levels at the same time (honestly, my mother, may daughter and I could take the same class and all benefit from it) but she can also tailor an individualized class to target a certain need. Jen is extremely humble in how she teaches - her down to earth but high energy personality is a perfect complement to how she instructs.

Cannot say enough about Body Positive Works & Jen Kraft. Had the pleasure of taking her Beginner & Beyond Yoga Series and the way she shares this practice with you is so refreshing! You focus on how YOU are feeling and exploring what works best for YOU. A silver lining to this current quarantine craziness bc we can all partake from our own homes! Thanks!

I am 14 years old and I loved Jen's class. She taught me the basics of yoga poses with so many "options". I stopped worrying if I was doing it "right" because Jen is so encouraging that there are lots of ways to do a pose - you want to do what feels good to you. I felt so grounded after taking the class.
