I have been searching for an apartment for 6 months. I have met numerous realtors who took weeks to respond, then when I asked for an application, got no response. Other realtors told me they would help me but never contacted me.. Leta set up automatic email updates. Leta DeMatteo was extremely professional from the start. Response was almost immediate, I saw the apartment and liked it but heard there were other applicants and was going to just give up. But Leta encouraged me to apply anyway and I got a place I liked. She expedited the process and presented all of the paperwork. She is quick to answer any question. If you are looking for a house or apartment, I highly recommend Leta DeMatteo.

I recently purchased my second home (and hopefully last) in Northern New Jersey. My first house went smooth because I was only purchasing; This time around, I was buying and selling at the same time, which became stressful quickly with trying to coordinate inspections, potential buyers, moving dates, etc. Leta's professionalism, compassion, and most of all, her expertise, enabled us to quickly forget about the stresses as she coached us through the process and coordinated many of the above hurdles. Her knowledge and understanding of the industry equated in an expedited sale of our sale house (and above asking!). In addition, Leta assisted with many other areas that get overlooked such as looking into utility amounts, assisting with required town inspections and recommending inspectors. There's an infinite amount of kind and thankful words that come to mind for the appreciation of Leta's hard work and determination. Thank you Leta for going above and beyond.
