        Bought an Alfa Romeo giulia ti sport from them. The tires on the car are prin x tires that are cheap Chinese tires. I did not realize until I had a ripped sidewall and needed to be repaired. When I called Ramsey Alfa to speak with the used car manager. He told me he would not change the tires to oem tires. This car is certified pre owned which I paid a specific premium to have it certified. The car when I bought it had alittle over 30k miles and my rotors are going bad. Used car manager said he will not change this for me because I owned this car for 4 months now even tho Ive driven less than 10k miles. It seems the rotors and tires were never changed from the last person that owned the car. This place does shady stuff and I will never buy a car here ever again. Spoke to Jessie the general manager. Very rude and he basically was ok with selling cheap tires at his dealership. These people are scammers and will lie to you as long as they make money off you. Tires are the #1 necessary on a vehicle for safety and they dont care about your safety. They will put on the cheapest tires from China and a brand noone has ever heard about. Please dont buy a car from these people and if you do. Make sure you look at every detail on the vehicle before purchasing. Theres no way you Can CPO a car with non-original manufacturer equipment on the car. Thats like if I modified the car and had a huge twin turbo kit on it make the car more powerful but less reliable , give it to them to sell and they cpo it. Its just not within the guidelines of cpo.

        Dealt with Brad on my 4th Stelvio since 2017 won't use anyone but him & their dealership always comes thru, best price & gets you the color combo you want with pushing inventory on you or giving a story this dealership is by far the best got my rebates & early return with the new car & clr scheme I wanted A+

        I just leased my 2nd Stelvio from Tony Francica and I could not be happier. Tony makes the process very enjoyable, along with the General Manager, Jesse Giordano. I highly recommend the experience. The Alfa Romeo Stelvio is awesome and the one that they were able to secure for my family has a gorgeous interior. Thank you again to Tony and Jesse

      Nick, we're sorry to see that you feel this way. You purchased your Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in October of 2023. Nowhere in any agreement does it state that the original factory tires would be on the vehicle. The vehicle you own was turned in to us with the tires you have, and they passed all required CPO safety inspections when sold to you. Fast-forward four months, you have 10,000 additional miles on the car and hit a pothole resulting in a blown a tire. A very common occurrence with any tire/vehicle brand. Our records show that you also had purchased our tire and wheel insurance package but canceled it prior to this incident. It's unfortunate that this has changed your opinion on our dealership as a whole. We tried to explain this to you, and we were dismissed. We take pride in our business and stand by the vehicles we sell. If we make a mistake, we certainly do everything we can to correct it. This is just not the case, in this instance.
