Can't share enough praises about Brian and his work with refinancing my mortgage. From my first inquiry to him until the day we closed totaled 11 days. 11 DAYS! During a time when everyone was seemingly backed up and giving up to 45-75 day estimates, Brian came through with efficient work and a thorough process. He laid out everything so well that I didn't have any questions. They were already answered. He also kept me in the loop throughout the process which is a quality I appreciate in those with whom I work. He also had the most competitive rate compared to everyone else I shopped with (over a dozen) and he did not charge a fee. Like I said, I can't say enough good things about Brian and have not hesitated to refer him to some friends & family who became interested in a refi shortly after I told them how easy it was for us.
