I located this supply outlet on google, I live approximately 3 hours away ( upstate ny ) my first time going I was pleased with all the supplies they have, needless to say it has been maybe 2 yrs now that I have been taking the drive to get supplies. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to helping you find what you are looking for but they are not barbers or stylists so they have no real insight or experience on how good one item is compared to the next and I respect their honesty. They Will express to you what sells the most based on barbers and stylists. I recently needed a slimline pro li charger and ordered it from Amazon and it was the wrong charger although it fit the description. I continued to look on websites and found a outlet that sold it . Low and behold it was Barber Salon Supply Outlet, I ordered it and it was what I needed. I will now either go to the Supply Outlet or order on line because I am comfortable with the in store experience and website orders.
