I don't have a good experience with working with him. If he knows that you like the house, then he'd ask you to put more offer and he'd even lie to you that there is an bid going on so you should put a bigger offer to get the house. I personally experienced it! Also, if you find problem with cracked driveways and want to talk to the seller about it before closing, Joe would tell you he'll fix the driveway for you and he won't talk to the seller to get some arrangement to do the driveway and once that deal is closed, he just vanishes. He don't keep his promises to the clients. I had very bad experience with him.

Joe of NJ Joe Group is not your average kind of Joe, he is different, in fact he is an exceptional realtor! No pandemic stopped him from helping us find our dream home. In the midst of social distancing, he made virtual tour seamless which saved us valuable time in our selection process. Actually, that is how we found out about him, thru his 360 videos on YouTube. And when we were, he represented us strategically and got our offer accepted against higher bids, we were told. It sure helps to have an agent whos got your best interest during this sellers market. His services come with an endorsement of other experts in the industry, i.e. mortgage bank, Atty, inspectors, etc. so we didnt have to look any further. It was a one-stop shop and gave us peace of mind that Joe is there to help follow things up especially when they become time-sensitive. And when we thought that Joe was busy enough with his many other clients, we were rest assured that his reliable team-member Bherlyn was there to help coordinate things, as well as the app that his team utilizes where slacking is not an option. We had a great experience with Joe that we immediately referred him to our family whom he also helped closed a deal successfully. We would get Joe again as our agent for future deals and would refer him and his group to our circle in a heartbeat. Thanks Joe!
