Ive done several property transactions that were handled by Agnes Bowman and the level of satisfaction I experience was greater then I could have expected . Every time something can up Agnes quickly handled it to keep the Sale on track . Agnes has a very pleasant personality and is always available to solve problems. My recommendation may not mean much to the reader but I wouldnt be writing this and giving her 5 Star if Agnes wasnt everything you need in an Agent .

I've used Agnes to find multiple tenants over the past many years, and then to ultimately sell my condo. Especially for the tenant process, which can be daunting, she was well-informed and found me great, worry-free tenants each time. When it came time to sell, she was ready with her expertise to help me through the whole process. Agnes is also is well-connected with various service providers such as housekeeping for post-move out cleaning, contractors, and handymen. The tenant screenings and sale preparation/proceedings would have all been much more stressful for me without Agnes on the job!

Agnes is truly one of the best professional agents in this market, dedicated, hard worker, cares for her clients and very straightforward. Does not waste clients time. Extremely knowledgeable. For all my future real estate needs, she is my go to agent, recommend her 110%
