Was greeted with honesty from the first call, provided excellent customer service, and was able to replace our water heater all within the same day. Minimal- to no-mess, and the professionals that arrived were personable and friendly. I recommend!

      I’m sorry this customer feels this way. He has a 35-year-old boiler that he asked us to bleed the air out of we’ve did it once before for him about a year ago, he expects miracles the boiler is corroded rusted out all he hired me for was to bleed it out which we did respectfully the boiler needs to be changed and he kept questioning me like he was the plumber and if he is so then he should understand it’s notfeasible to repair it. He’s in Thailand right now and his wife is at the house so he’s not even there to see what we did or what we had to help him with again all we did was bleed the air out of the system. also, we did not install a water heater for this customer all were there to do is the boiler bleed the air out I maybe there’s something wrong here I’m missing.
