Totally incompetent. They were supposed to schedule me for an injection twice and just made it an office visit so they could charge my insurance and take my money. Do not recommend.

Very disrespectful receptionist and staff and very stupid when it comes to referrals and telling you to come within 10 mins or its cancelled never call back and lie they did call when they dont help patients and very unorganized they have very nasty and rude ladys working there giving you attitudes and everything

I went there cause Dr Chris sent me to see Dr shah he could careless about what someone is going through I kept saying to myself that I met him before low and behold he was one of the doctors that also did want to help with my back surgery years ago but I'm glad he chose not to help me cause God knows best I would not want anyone to go through what I'm going through I don't understand how he went to medical school and pick and choose who he will help not suffer I pray God gives him a clean heart cause he is not right at all wish I never came across the guy

I Had An Appt. This Morning Thinking An Actual MD. Would See Me. I Brought Ever Document I Had, To Show The Continuing, Severe Chronic Pain I'm Experiencing From An Assault. I Was Considered Late, Arriving @ 8:30AM, With A $29.99 Uber Charge, For My 8:40AM Appt. I Did Call & I Think That's The Only Reason I Was "Seen". I Was Seen By A PA (Physicians Assistant) Not An MD., Who Did NOT Read Or Listen. She Wanted To Prescibe Me TRAMADOL, Which I AM ALLERGIC To!! She Spent ALL Of 5 Mins Maybe, To Send Me Home With An MRI Referral & Celebrex. Since My Assault, I Have Been To An Urgent Care, ER By Ambulance & Several "Medical Providers". All To For An MRI. Which Should've Been Done At The ER Instead Of CT Scan. The Point Is 1st & Foremost, A Physicians Assistant Not An MD., Wanted To Prescibe A Medication I Was Allergic To. Dangerous & Negligence Come To Mind. Second, I Could Have Gotten The Same "Care" From AI. At Least AI Would've Read & Listened To What I, As A Patient, Wrote In Their Forms & Said To The Medical Assistant AND Physicians Assistant!!

This place is fast paced and clearly understaffed. I saw Dr. Shah and Dr. Hauglid and they were both very professional. They took the necessary time needed to address my condition fully. The front desk however is a different story. Seems that they are way over their heads with work and cannot keep up with the high volume of patients. Any sort of paperwork or referrals takes weeks to get submitted. Oh, and don't think about calling this office, no one ever picks up. Any messages delivered to their offsite call center never gets a response. Emails are also a dead end. I personally drove on 3 different occasions on my dime to this facility just so that I can speak to someone. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. They need to focus on or revamp their workflow so that the patient is first rather than looking at numbers on a data sheet.
