Find a different doctor. You cannot call the office directly. Very inconvenient and frustrating

First time seeing Dr. Annabel A as our PCP. She was easy to talk to, attentive and kind. She addressed our concerns and guided us through our first Optum experience. Waited about 15minutes to be called inside to the room. Staff and front desk were also kind. Free parking for visitors is also a bonus. Will be back! There are many different doctors in the building so make sure you read the correct reviews.

Yesterday February 12, 2024 around 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. I was in the Rutherford Riverside office and was attended by two people who were extremely rude. One was at reception and one was at the window. I left results for an examen of mine 3 weeks ago and they had no idea about my referral. This has happened to me several times and you should have kinder more attentive workers. The woman who work there are rude an unprofessional. I brought abdomen test results for to a liver specialist and I received a referral for a Cardiologist. This was a disaster and they are sensitive medical files.

This office is a trip they diagnose you with the worse possible condition and never bother to call or follow up with you. I found out on my condition online when I checked my lab results and had to call them for a follow up.
