    Preycious, Jeff, and Jackie have continuously been so helpful and supportive during my stay at this Extended Stay location. I just want to thank them again for the consistent hospitality and support offered, it definitely doesnt go unnoticed!

    The only reason they got 2 stars and not 1 is bc is minutes away from the mall. The customer service is horrible. It smells like cigarette smoke throughout the whole hotel. The elevator was broken upon arrival, they told us it would be working in the next 2 hours. We left for dinner and when we got back more the 2 hours later they still did not work. We stayed on the 3rd floor so this was a huge inconvenience. We tried to watch tv before bed, it was broken. We called the front desk, an hour later they sent a groundsman to fix the tv. That was unsuccessful. He told us we would be compensated for our inconvenience. When checking out we told the lady at the front desk and she had to send the actual maintenance person up there to verify that the TV was broken before a discount could be added. Conveniently enough he was able to fix the tv. He was very rude, laughing in our face. The front desk then told us they could do nothing for us. Very unprofessional!!!! We could not use this tv at all our entire stay nor could we the elevator. They did nothing for us. Never staying here again. Nearby activities: Very close to American dream mall.

    HORRIBLE PLACE. I'm here for a traveling job, and the works here have been harassing and making me feel uncomfortabl on what I do for a living. Every week I get no hot water to take a shower. I've no hot water for 3 days one week. I PAY EVERY WEEK just to feel uncomfortable. The floor I'm at REALLY SMELLS BAD. I clean my room myself, i dont wait a week for them to come clean it. Their cleaning lady gave me a nasty attitude when she came to clean the room, I only told her to just clean the bathroom, as if I left the bathroom extremely dirty. She sucked her teeth, roll her eyes, huffed and puffed her old lungs at me. They all have a nasty attitude here EXCEPT for Ivan, the maintenance guy. Ivan is such a great help and friendly. His always happy to help/do his job. Seems like manager don't care Rooms: Hallway smells and it perfume into my room Noteworthy details: No hot water every week
