This place is THE BEST! Dean will take care of you and provide you with consistent updates. Your car will come back looking brand new (impeccable work and they wash and detail it, too)! CARSTAR has now saved me twice and I will never take my Audi anywhere else.

I had a great experience with CarStar. I was a little skeptical of the original insurance estimate and even the adjuster told me to get a second opinion in person due to the nature of the accident. Being new to the area I really didnt know where to go. Thankfully called CarStar and spoke with Dean C. Who quickly proved to be an expert in their field of work. I want to say it loud and clear- THANKS DEAN! For not only taking care of this as seamlessly as I could imagine, but also giving me a very realistic timeline of when to expect work completion. When we found some more things that in addition to original estimate needed attention (from same accident) the team handled it quickly and easily. Dean must have left me a voicemail every if not every other day just to let me know all the updates always followed up with detailed email. Even the dude sitting behind Dean also seemed great - didnt get their name though as I was working with Dean. These guys advised me of best insurance companies they have worked with in NJ and lots of other great advice I appreciated. Cherry on top I receive a call from Dean last Friday telling me trucks finished (earlier than I expected) and I could get it next day. Upon pickup I find out Dean just hand washed my entire truck inside and out- looks great now, it was fairly dirty previously too. So, all around, very pleased, I paid my deductible and let the CarStar team handle the rest- not that I have done it many times but in my opinion- this is how an insurance claim should work.
