we need these two improvements for our community:please copy paste and send email to management thanks 1. Play Area for Kids: We need a designated play area for children, which would greatly benefit families with young kids. This would enhance our quality of life and provide a safe space for our children to play. 2. Shuttle Service to Train Station: We also need a shuttle service to the train station in the afternoon. This would greatly help residents who rely on public transportation, making their commute more convenient and stress-free. These additions would greatly enhance our living experience and make our community more family-friendly. I kindly request you to consider these requests and work towards implementing them.

This review pertains specifically to the front desk team and the property manager - if I could award them six stars I would. Andy, Karla and Nikko are just wonderful to work with. They are competent, courteous and get the job done expeditiously. Adrian has been nothing short of professional and empathetic. I truly enjoyed engaging with them.

I personally love my apartment and the staff is super nice and friendly - the maintence people are really responsive as well. The reason I give two stars is because since I moved here in 2021 my cost of living has gone up but the quality has gone down. I hardly if ever use the amenities anymore. I actually ended up getting a second gym membership because the only use I have for their gym is the treadmill and can only get access to it if its not crowded. As well as the pool - which Ive used twice in my years of living here because its constantly crowded and i cant even bring 1 guest with me. I dont really blame the overcrowding on folks bringing guests I think theres just too many people here for 1 clubhouse and 1 pool. And its like where would my guests park if I could even bring them to the pool? I had family visit me and and they literally had to park away from the complex They continue to add apartments but there honestly just isnt enough amenities for all of the residents to enjoy. And Ive spoken with other residents whod like another clubhouse and mail room but instead we got a gazebo and now no longer have the movie room . I see they removed the second dog park for even more construction and while I really hate moving just due to the over all inconvenience of it and again I really love the staff and my actual apartment, Im actually considering it this time mainly because the expense isnt really matching the initial reasons I moved in here and I anticipate they will not be lowering the amenities fee or avoid another rent increase.

Things to know/ask before signing a lease over $2k -scenic, nature photos are outdated- complex is a dirty/dusty mess for construction. -Little to no parking, street parking across street. -Mail/packages lost frequently (very common here) -Amenities not available (ask about the theater room, the pool) -watch out for dog poop in hallways, sidewalks, and all over the grass -police here everyday
