        Greg Balzano was extremely helpful when my parents were looking for a window replacement. He provided very good information which enabled my parents to make a decision to go with Windella. He kept us posted of when the windows would arrive. And he ensured that the installation was complete and done as specified. His window installer technicians did a really superb job in installation of windows and the cleanup afterwards. Thank you to Greg and team!

        I highly recommend Greg and Windella. They completed a job for a very large picture window ahead of schedule, on budget, were easy to work with, kept everything clean, and I love the result! After my fantastic initial experience I went on to have Greg and Windella add two additional large modern windows. Again, the job was done earlier than expected and on budget. They delivered high quality results.

        It was an absolute pleasure working with Greg. He was the first contractor to respond to our quote request and saw us same-day. We were quoted for the repair of an entry door, yet he went above and beyond as he noticed and fixed a variety of issues with our windows, screen, and blinds. He was very generous with his time, and didn't charge more than the original quote, despite doing much more than the initial scope. He also took time to show me how to better maintain our windows. Overall he was very professional, and showed integrity when discussing the pros/cons to repair vs replace. We will definitely be using him for all of our future window/door needs.
