Front and back office staff were courteous, engaging, and competent. Dr. Sosa was made me feel very comfortable, emotionally, mentally and physically.

This is my first pregnancy and Dr Sosin and her nurses staff have been great however when a billing issue came up Yesenia was very rude yelling at me telling me what needed to be paid. I explained how I spoke to front desk at my very first visit to see if my health insurance was accepted. I was told yes (but that was a lie) of course now I have a bill over 3000.00 dollars not to mention another fee that has to be out of pocket. Yesenia aggressively explained how the front desk doesnt really check if your health care is accepted. I just think it was very rude that Yesenia did not try and help me figure out what could be done she was more concerned about the bill being paid and I should not have been seen without payment although I am at a critical time in my pregnancy. Just make sure you get all the details before you are seen by anyone otherwise you get a surprise bill.
