Working with Restauration 1 was a wonderful experience ---hard to say it as such when we had 5 inches of water in our finished basement and utility room. From the first person we met (Steve Pizza), to the last one who came to retrieve the drying equipment (Antonio) everyone at Restauration 1 was very professional. They also seamlessly connected all the teams within the company who do different parts of the operation, from draining the water, to drying, to cleaning, and even arranged for the dumpster. I would recommend Restauration 1 strongly to whomever needs these type of services, where confidence in the team is what one needs most in such circumstances. Thank you very much Restauration 1! Unfortunately, this is the second time that I had water damage in my house. FORTUNATELY, there is Restortation 1. This is truly a one-stop-shop company. They do it all including dealing with the insurance company. After two rounds with this company, I would go nowhere else. Even recommended to a friend in town that had a great experience too.
