I needed something laminated in the printing department and the two woman that were there had no idea how to match the work I had done for another lamination in a previous location. They swore that they couldn't replicate it.... they have no idea what they are doing at least when it comes to laminating. It was a complete waste of time.

This Staples location is awesome. I use the print shop for a lot of items for my business, and they are reasonably priced, fast, friendly, and professional. They will go above and beyond to help you. We go out of our way to use this location whenever possible even though our office is in Englewood Cliffs.

Even though the prices are generally higher, sometimes they do have items in sale bins for good prices. The copy and print center is very convenient, I can order my prints from home and pick them up the next day. The customer service is actually competitive, most employees are friendly and willing to help. Good for quick shopping, I can be in and out in 5 mins.
